Work / Selected Systems

Everything I've worked on, and how far each one got.

Shipped products, engagements that are now history, and briefs I set for myself. Each entry says which it is before it says anything else — a design exercise and a platform running in two app stores do not carry the same weight, and the page does not pretend otherwise.

Foodmedia — Multi-Role Food & Merchant Ecosystem

Designing & Building an Integrated Multi-Tenant Food Delivery & Merchant SaaS Platform

Three Flutter apps over a shared Laravel backend: Foodmedia for customers, food-ON for restaurant merchants, and food-D for drivers — each a separate product with its own release, sharing one order lifecycle. As Senior Product Engineer & Founding Designer I owned the end-to-end lifecycle: 4-mode ordering architecture (Delivery, Pick Up, Dine In, Reservasi), real-time Pusher & FCM messaging, HTTP timeout guards across every service caller, and the public web profile.

Investree — Web Design System

Bringing order to a fintech design team working across three tools

Investree is an Indonesian fintech lending pioneer that grew from a peer-to-peer marketplace into a digital business platform for SMEs. Its design team was spread across several tribes and three separate tools, and the interface had drifted apart. I led the design-system initiative that pulled it back together.

Dekoruma — Improving the Marketplace Purchase Journey

A design-thinking case study on why buyers stall at checkout

Dekoruma is a leading end-to-end Home & Living platform in Indonesia, serving both end-customers and interior designers across B2C and B2B. This self-directed case study examined why buyers hesitated in the purchase journey, and what would move them from browsing to buying.

Simpatia — Reporting App for Survivors of Violence

Lowering the barrier between experiencing violence and reporting it

Violence against women remains widespread in Indonesia. Komnas Perempuan recorded 335,062 cases through the Religious Courts in 2017 alone, alongside cases handled by 237 partner institutions across 34 provinces. Simpatia is a mobile app designed to make reporting less frightening.

I take on a small number of projects at a time, and I do the designing and the building.
