Problem
One food service had to work for three very different users: customers ordering, merchants managing stores, drivers delivering.
Constraint
One brand and one component language had to hold across every role.
Decision
Three focused apps on a single shared design system — instead of one app trying to do everything.
Result
Customer, merchant, and driver apps run live in production today.

MindSpace

Read the published research
Problem
Students needed a low-barrier way to gauge stress, anxiety, and depression.
Constraint
Self-assessment in mental health is worthless if the instrument isn't trustworthy.
Decision
Built the assessment on DASS-21 — a validated clinical instrument — rather than inventing custom questions.
Result
The research behind it was accepted and published in the university repository.

Problem
Product screens drifted apart as different hands rebuilt the same UI.
Constraint
The system had to serve screens that were already live, not a blank slate.
Decision
Tokenized color, type, and spacing so design and code share one source of truth.
Result
120+ documented tokens in production use.
